Refund policy

We appreciate your trust in our products! Please note that we do not offer returns for refunds unless the item was lost or stolen in transit.

Replacements

You can request for a replacement if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We advise that you do this at your earliest convenience so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect in order for a replacement to be issued. You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

For lost in transit or stolen packages, there's two options available to you. We can either refund you for the entire order OR we will ship out a single replacement per order, free of charge - it's completely up to you.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
